Hello CH's On the weekend the grocery fairy left me a box of cooking tomatoes and the Grand Chile gods gave me a crop of "Black Chiles" and a few Serrano's. I was hoped to find a sauce or salsa recipe to make the most of my gifts? Searching high and low I couldn't find a single mention of "Black Chile's" any where. They are small ( 1 to 2 inches), very black, grow pointing to the heavens and have a heavy crop? Any ideas? Regards Arran
