First I must Thank Bruce Aidells (or whomever posted his recipe)
for the Sheboygan Bratwurst recipe. I saved it months ago when it
was posted and Ended up making some Saturday while making
our annual Easter kielbasa. We ended up with 12 pounds of
Kielbasa and 6 of brats. We had to up the amount of spices in the
brats and added majoram too. They are awesome! Thanks.
Karen Stobler, What is the date for the NJ Hot Luck? I remember
you posting it but can't seem to locate it.
Working on our second try at starting some chile plants. No
sprouts so far and getting pretty discouraged about the whole
thing. I guess that I will just go to Cross Country Nursery and buy
plants from them.
