Option: start another list with what ever parameters you desire.

I read most, as a digester, never know when one little phase may help you in
the future.

My biggest complaint is folks that don't have the courtesy to cut and paste,
instead of hitting the reply button. The digest is usually 50% repeat of a
repeat.
