Byron, are you spying on me?  How in the heck did you know that I have a 1969 
Ford Pickup parked in front of my house?  Perhaps that's how I should market 
it, For Sale, rolling green house, engine, wheels and tool box included.

They accepted my offer on the house.  It's big enough for a hot luck folks!  
Top of the line built in appliances too.  Whoo Hoo!  30 day escrow!
