[CH] Best Chile for powder?

Hi C-Haps!

Had a squizz at the chile-swap site.  Much on offer!.  Was wondering about
varieties, though.  Now that there are so many to choose from, I need some
help in finding just the type I'm looking for.  I've received some great
seed gifts already and want to add to my selection for the coming season.

I need advice as to the best and most flavor-some chile to dry for making
chile powder.  Not necessarily the hottest, mind you.  What thoughts on
this.  I expect some lively debate will ensue.
