Good morning, friends, All this discussion of mint as solely useful for tea, etc., brings to mind a revelation in my cooking last summer, when I first tried Greek cooking. Mint is often used in combination with tomatoes, and sometimes with tomatoes and chiles (to keep this message from being entirely OT:) ) in numerous sauce combinations. Sometimes, it is used interchageably with basil, in case that fresh herb is not available. For what it's worth... Ron
