I served the mixture over somen noodles (japanese wheat noodles that take 4 minutes to boil). I put the hoisin sauce over the noodles, placed the mixture over the top and garnished with some hot chile paste which we stirred in. It was great this way. >> I love Veggie MuShu (I am pretty strict veggie)! I do not serve or use the pancakes either: we use big pieces of red leaf lettuce. It is quite a treat served with lettuce and brown rice. We make a marinade that is made with no preservative soy, chile paste, garlic, green onions, rice vinegar (and some other good stuff) that gives a little shortcut to preparing the marinade for the MuShu and it is great on Brown Rice. Yummy, yummy! Janis
