I have been doing some research, and I have managed to convince myself
that the common chile all we Aussies are growing are indeed Thai hots.
Tom Griffin has been kind enough to send me some of his Thai chile
seeds, and I am sending him some of my Thai seeds, and the plan is to
grow the two plants and compare the pods. More on this in 6-9 months...

We have grown over 300 varieties of chilli in the last six years.
The Thai chilli is certainly the most popular because Thai cooking
introduced Chilli to us in such a large way.
We are now starting to move to Tex Mex, Sante Fey and Mexican uses of Chilli
there is so much to know about this amazing plant
