Well, to all and sundry....spagetti or any tomato pasta sauce must have bay leaves, at least mine must....as well as a couple of my dried chiles left over from last year. And oregano.....and basil, fresh, of course. And if it aint hot enuf from the couple of chiles, and I want a smoky sauce, then in goes some of Jim's smoked hab powder....m-m-m- good!
