Actually, my family is Indonesian and they don't cook European- Indonesian, but the authentic stuff. I'll ask them for some recipes. I think they even use bay leaves for the peanut sauce and to marinate satey in some ways. I'll let you know when I've asked them. Should be good stuff! Miss Dewi
