If you want really great hot chips, check out Zapps. I had some a few years ago when I wasn't into hot stuff. Now I am and I am considering buying some from their website. it used to be hotchips.com but now it is: http://www.zapps.com Emeril Lagasse sometimes throws them to the crowd in his live show.
