Hi Myron,
Guess I better add my 2¢ worth... at least my favorite spots:

Stroud's : If you want home town, mid west style pan fried chicken,
chops or catfish and lots of mashed potatoes and gravy with a big plate
of cinnamon rolls, you gotta go to Stroud's.

Gorozzo's: As good Italian as any you'll find in St. Louis. Of course,
that's where the Gorozzo family is from and my favorite dish is Linguine
alla frutti di mare which is pasta with a spicy cream sauce and lots of
shrimp, clams and scallops with little bits of mushrooms and tomatoes.

Rudy's Tnampa Taqueria (Westport): One of the most reasonably priced
places in KC..They have the greatest fish tacos in a crisp flour
tortilla topped with fresh pico de gallo and a habanero sauce to die
for! (My personal everyday favorite)

Danny's Cajun at 17th & Main: I've heard it's the best. I'm going there
next week for a birthday bash. I'll let you know what I think.

I'll second that! Have fun!
Michelle in KC
