Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't it a safe bet that more people are making salsa than they're making ketchup? Ketchup may lead sales, but I'd bet that salsa leads consumption ... just a thought. BTW: Am considering using dry grass clippings as a mulch for the peppers (read about it somewhere). Before I do, should I be aware of any potential problems?
