According to the Blacklist put out by Guinness:

Half and Half (AKA Arf and Arf, Long Ship, Sensible Shoes, Light and Dark) =
equal measures of Guinness Stout and Harp Lager

Snake Bite = G and cider

Two-lane Blacktop = G and Ginger Ale

Guinness and Lime

Wasp Sting = G and OJ

Blacksmith = G and barley wine

Read Head = G and tomato juice

Top Hat = G and ginger beer

Trojan Horse = G and cola, sorta like Geiss in Germany

Calcutta Cup = G and Indian Tonic Water

Tumbril = G, port, brandy and champagne

Guinness Velvet = G and champagne

As for Black and Tans in Ireland, they were the notorious and undisciplined
militia, recruited from British ex-servicemen fresh from the European front,
which arrived in Ireland in 1920.  The name was given its members because black
and brown dress, a combination of police and military uniforms.

As for the drink, it's Guinness Stout and Smithwicks Ale.
