I can't remember if I've posted this recipe before...probably not. It's one of my favourites and since I just thought of it again I think I'll be making it again soon! 3 T olive oil 4 red peppers, seeds and membranes removed, cut in strips 2 red chiles, seeds and membranes removed, cut in strips 1 pound feta, crumbled 2 T yogurt Directions: Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the peppers and chiles for 10-15 minutes, until soft. Allow to cool slightly. Put everything into a food processor and blend into a paste. Cover and refrigerate until read to serve. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
