Hi John et al, I'm back from my trip, and so you'll now have my recipes as well as those of the others to contend with again! On the Aussie wine topic: I find the Shiraz's a bit too light and rough at times. I prefer Cab Sav or Merlot myself, and there are some good Aussie ones. Set a lot of chile seeds in damp paper towel to sprout last night, but the temps are low (8C to 20 C). Think I need to come up with a way to warm them: my hot water system is outside. I'm just going to sit back and watch John's trouble and commiserate: John, it's no longer 'Tara's problem', it's John's problem! Good luck! I have found, from experience, that planting seedlings in the open ground will just encourage possums. It helps to hide them in some existing vegetation.
