I know a few CHs gave Risa a hard time about the fat content of her Hobo recipe but I made it this week, disregarding "fat free", used real eggs, sautéed my veggies in oil and upped the amount of chipotle sauce. It was a really good side dish next to leftover BBQ chicken which had been baked with Jim's award winning Smokin' Chipotle Sauce and alongside some Thai cucumber salad (sans peanuts), so don't quit the recipes. If I don't use them, verbatim, I get ideas from every one and everyone. Michelle in KC
