A friend just sent this to me.  Thought I'd share.  I, *of course*,
would use something other than (shudder) a bell...

green (R)(TM)

 8 garden fresh Roma tomatoes
 1 medium Sweet Vadalia onion 
 1 fresh Habanero pepper (2 if you're brave)INCLUDING the seeds
 a handful of fresh Cilantro
 1/2 Bell pepper

chop it all real fine or use a hand powered food processor (the electric
variety mushes it up), mix it well and dip your chips.
