Made a small quantity of Pate yesterday, and am going to try it on Tony Flynn.. I used some of his smoked Hab flakes about a cup of Chicken livers 1/2 a cup of Fatty Bacon chopped fine 1/2 an onion 2 cloves of Garlic some dried mushrooms that I had soaked in chicken stock salt/pepper. Fried it all slowly for 20 minutes then whizzed it up with a Bamix type thinggy.. It tastes nice, I'll try to make one with some Chipotles in Adobo added next.. Luke in Oz
