To my great delight, when I visited the Cabot Creamery Visitors Center in Cabot, Vermont, last Friday morning, they had samples of their brand new cheddar cheese, habenero. Great with a respectable level of heat. I bought two of the largest chunks they had. I will be serving one at the Central NJ hotluck on July 8. It is not the same as the Cabot "Pepper Jack". Also a very tasty cheese. Pepper Jack comes in a low-fat version, too. Cabot has mail order. To reach them, they are at "http://www.cabotcheese.com/".
