I need to find a reasonably cheap source for export New Mexican (Ancho) and perhaps other varieties (pasilla?) chile powder. Looking for maybe 10 pounds to start. Can anyone suggest someone? Anyone done this before? Help! Thanks for the BBQ recipes. I'll test them and report back. Little over wintering chile plants seem to be happy. I've even got some small blossoms to boast about. Spring seems so far away. August tends to be the coldest month of the year. Very mild winter this year. Never seems to have gone below about 10C.
