Dear Miss Dewi
 
 Thank you, thank you very much I just received your parcel opened and
 resealed by Australia Post with 3 jars of Conimex Sambals. What a
 wonderful surprise. I have still got my sambal oelek bottle which I
hide
 in the fridge, I sure will try the others soon.  I can't remember where
 and when I bought my bottle I'm sure on a red light special.
 
 I was in the process of looking for a receipe to make Brinjal (egg
 plant) Pickle this weekend. I have made a huge bottle of lime pickle I
 will try and post a jars each.  I have a large lime tree, most of the
 limes are given to friends and colleagues, every year I cut limes and
 cover them in lime juice and salt and leave it out in the sun to
"ripen"
 so I can make the pickle the following year.
 
 Once again thank you for the sambals.  I'm sure I will enjoy them.
