I went to the local farmers market today and found these 2 products - McCutcheon's Screaming Hornets Hot Sauce - $3.00 Dynamite Dill Garlic - Pickled Garlic - Pennsylvania Pickle Co - $3.75. I tried the Screaming Hornets and it is pretty good - has tabasco peppers, habanero peppers, vinegar, lemon juice, green chili peppers, black pepper, salt and xanthum gum. It tastes pretty hot. It was good sprinkled into the chili tonight. I also cut up some of the pickled garlic and put it on top and it was really good too. The dill didn't exactly go with the chili but it was enjoyable anyway. They had every product made by the McCutcheon's company in Frederick, MD - jams, jellies (no hot jellies though), fruit butters, hot sauces, dressings, you name it. They had several hot sauces - one had lemon in it. Thought that was a bit too weird for me. Probably very good though. Anyway, it was a good haul. RisaG
