Always looking for new ones to try! >Suggestions anyone? Well I like have been growing some "Red Hot Cherry Peppers" from bonie plants. They are hotter than a jalapeno. They are usually red before I have any big green jalapenos so I have some red peppers to put in my salsa and chilli along with the fresh green jalapenos. One plant puts out lots of peppers. >A suggestion for Matt. One of my cayenne plants had a major branch >break off a week or so back with about 30 flowers on it. Should I pick them off the plant? Maybe >> hang them in my garage and hope they will get red? Well it is a little too late to try that. And I am not sure how well it would have worked considering that the 3 branches that broke off was thicker than a pencil and around 90% of the plant. What I ended up doing is a little experimenting. I figured if putting tomatoes in a paper bag ripens them, it would probably due the same to the peppers. A third of them have turned red. I left some in my garage and they are all still green. The only thing I have noticed is that they (Jamaican Red) are not hot at all. I am talking bell pepper heat. They were supposed to be somewhere close to the hab from what I read here and on the web. They defiantly look like them just no heat. I still have one plant left and am hoping that they well be hotter. If not, I probably won't grow them next season.. Matt
