I'll agree with you on this one. I bought a six pack of plants at HD. I
cannot believe how many peppers I've gotten already. Cooked with them, gave
some away, frozen some, smoked some....and the plants are still loaded with
ripening peppers and new blooms. These little guys make a great addition to
salsa. I've also thrown them in to marinades, and even added them to the old
family rice recipe, known in my circles as Reese Rice. Try adding a bit of
lemon juice when you cook with them, they compliment each other well.
