Hi chilelovers, To celebrate the last day of his vacation, Emile and I went to dinner at a Indian restaurant. We picked out dishes with three star heat, four being the hottest. The owner came over to ask if we were familiar with the Indian kitchen to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into. We still ordered the dishes. I had the Chicken Jal Ferizi and Emile had a similar dish. As they were cooking it we got a little nervous. Was it really too hot for us? We got our food and carefully took a bite. Oh my God! It was hot, but terribly good. The owner kept peeking around the corner to make sure we weren't going to burst out in flames and yell for 4 gallons of milk. It was hot and we were sweating like pigs, but we kept on eating it with lots of rice and Naan bread. The owner was watching us amazed. Pretty funny. But neither of us had a belly ache or a ring of fire later on, so I guess our tolerance level is getting better. Miss Dewi ALL FOR CHILES AND CHILES FOR ALL ICQ No. 68981762 Chilechick19
