I just heard a news item on NPR about a lawsuit by the photographer who took 
some pictures of Che Guevara - the shot we've all seen on posters, etc., 
with the beret and "steely-eyed gaze that seems to stare off into 
infinity..."

Turns out that an ad agency is using that image on the label of a new line 
of vodka flavored with red pepper.  The image has a hammer-and-sickle motif 
imposed behind it, in which the sickle has been replaced by a red chile.

Now, there's a concept - the hammer and chile.  Workers of the world, sweat!
