[CH] Vine Ripe

I mentioned, the Jalapenos are ripe and flavorful (not much heat though) but
the
others are not quite ripe or so I think.  Mainly, do they turn red on the
vine
or do they get their color after the picking?  Thanks.

They will taste better if you let them ripen on the vine.

I reserve the off-vine ripening to the "No-Choice" bin as in heavy frost
expected.
