Greetings from sunny St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, paradise on = earth for chileheads ! The growing season here is all year so my pepper = garden overfloweth with peppers of all shapes and sizes :). One of the = best things about living here ( short of fresh peppers all year ) is the = food/hot sauce selection. Jerk BBQ is all over and it is most incredible = ! Every where I look there are little local hot sauces guaranteed to = produce a steel-pan version of the ring of fire. I had never run into a = hot sauce that was too much until I moved here. When I was at a computer = seminar one day I picked up this bottle of a local sauce called Jerome's = and glopped it on a chicken sandwich. I believe I heard Johnny Cash in = the background. To say it was hot was a understatement, this stuff feels = like someone is doing A-Bomb testing in your mouth ! ! ! This is by far = one of the hottest hotsauces that I have ever had and it has great = flavor. Has anyone done a Red Savina sauce/have suggestions for one ? I = am kinda curious as my savinas have fruit and are almost ripe YEA ! Fellow ChileHead in Paradise Grant
