Hello Heads, Has anyone here ever tried smoking (over chips) serranos or other peppers other than jalapenos? I'm fairly happy with the chilpotles I've done over mesquite but I've now got a major surplus of serranos and am wondering if a couple of hours soaking up mango or mesquite smoke might not be the answer.
