Me again. During my computer outage I made a few recipes from the July BA magazine. If anyone has access to it I got raves on the chile rubbed rib eye steaks. I made shrimp with a chipotle, lime,cilantro oil (they made lobster in the magazine) which were very nice, the chile onion rings were great, and the mashed potato with corn and saffron went well with it all. Heck I'm even willing to type up a few of those listed above if anyone wants them. Let me know. Suz
