If we have enough interest in an Ohio-based hotluck, the next question 
becomes, when?  Now in the harvest season?  That seems like the most obvious 
choice, but I wonder whether we can find any particular weekend when 
everyone is free of commitments.

Linda and I think the best time might be in the winter, after the holidays - 
right around planting time, perhaps.

The Columbus Metro Parks system has a few reserveable lodges, each 
approximately the right size for an event like a wedding reception.  We 
might get together around a fireplace and watch the snow fall ...

Or does anyone else have a hot idea for a place, time and theme?
