In a newsletter I receive (<A HREF="http://www.hub-uk.co.uk/">http://www.hub-u k.co.uk/</A>) there was a feature and recipe from CrazyChef. <A HREF="http://www.geocities.com/hotcrazychef/">http://www.geocities.com/hotc razychef/</A> Now perhaps he is known to some, but he was new to me and I thought I'd share the site and this fun summer recipe. Mary-Anne Crazychef's Chilli Ice-cream Ingredients 4 egg yolks 3 oz caster sugar 3 teaspoons vanilla essence or 1 oz vanilla pods 7 fluid ounces full cream milk 5 oz whipping cream 3 oz dried chopped chilli or freshly chopped 1oz chocolate flakes Method 1. Put the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla into a bowl. Beat with a whisk until mixture is light and frothy 2. Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly 3. Whip the cream until it is almost stiff 4. Combine egg mixture with cream and remaining ingredients, making sure that they are thoroughly mixed together 5. Place mixture into any ice-cream maker and you will be enjoying it about 30 minutes later!!! "Crazychef"
