I need some help identifying a chile. A Vietnamese friend of a friend gave us four seedlings a year ago. I planted them in the garden immediately though it was September, hoping for a mild winter. The plants survived and are thriving. They are tall, almost spindly, but with nice thick, woody stalks. The leaves are dark green, about the same size as the leaves on my serranos. The stems and, to a lesser extent, the leaves are covered with a light, white fuzz. The fruit is narrow, ranging from 1.5" to 3" long and grows erect. Does any of this ring any bells? Any opinions/info welcome! In Chiles, Doug
