Hi everyone,

Just got added to the list (I think) and have a couple of questions.
No. 1, does anyone have a good pickling recipe for habaneros?  I have a
nice crop this year - won first place for hot peppers in the county fair
- Yay!!) and need to do something other than just freeze them this year.
No. 2, does anyone really know anything for sure about these new peppers
from India that are supposed to go up to 850,000 Scoville? Now that's
hard to belive!!!.
