Hi all,

I don't the extent of Trader Joe's coverage, but this specialty food store
in S. Calif carries their own line of hand made tortillas that are really
good.  They have a thick corn tortilla, and a spelt one.  (Spelt's a type of
wheat with a hexaploid Triticum genome--good thing traditional methods were
used to engineer it--better a thousand years than 2 months I always say!
;-)) Anyway, one of the best is a thick flour tortilla with sun dried
tomatoes and habanero.  Really nice flavor with a slight bite.

Just thought if you have access it might be worth your while.
