My suggestion would be to not try so hard -- work on just getting a good number of folks and a good selection of dishes. After all, what the Food Network really wants to see is a hotluck -- chileheads in their natural environment as it were. Things otherwise might feel too contrived and not the real camaraderie of a chilehead gathering. Concentrate on having a good party and you'll have a good show. David "Zeb" Cook PS. Besides which, remember they're going to edit you anyways.
