So many peppers, so little space to grow them. I am busy planning next years chile garden, and am curious about the Aji Amarillo. Has anyone grown them? How productive are they, flavor, drying characteristics? So far the garden will include Orange and Red Habs, Datils, Aji Dulce, Lisa's Piquin, Red Sella, Lisa's Red Sella (an accidental hybrid of the last two peppers, Lemon Drop, Fatalii (thanks Alex!), Aji Gold, Apple Pepper, and Varigata.
