Hey michelle, this is Vic from Indiana. I do work in Ohio. It's no biggy, 
being called vince is better than being called other things.
Here's that recipe that you were looking for.
It's real basic, you can experiment with it and add your own fruits or 
whatever you choose.

1/2 cup vinegar                6-1/2 cups sugar
1/2-3/4 cup hot red peppers    1-1/4 cups vinegar
(seeded and chopped)           6 0unces liquid certo
1 bell pepper                  1/3 oz red food coloring
(seeded and chopped)


  Place the 1/2 cup vinegar and peppers in blender and   blend well. Make a 
syrup of sugar and the 1-1/4 cup of vinegar and bring to a slow boil. Cook 
until sugar dissolves . Add the pepper mixture and stir while cooking for 5 
min. Remove from heat add certo and food coloring.
Pour into jars and seal with wax.
Makes 3-3-1/2 pints.
