How about hot filling the honey and hab mixture into a sterilized glass
jar?

You'll need to fill between 165 and 185 fahrenheit and turn the jars
over to heat the head space.

This provides a hermetic seal and should be just as effective as hot
bathing for a low-water content item like honey.

I'll give it a try in the next few days.  We're processing peppers here
like crazy!  Nearly 100,000 still on the plants - yow, too much work!
