Greetings,

I have been lurking off and on for a couple of months and have a couple of 
requests.

I have a good amount of jalapenos and fresno chilies that I would like to 
can in a manner similar to the store bought jalapenos with carrots and 
onions.  I haven't been able to find a recipe to date and would appreciate 
it if someone could post one to the list.

I also have three habenaro plants coming into maturity and would like to 
try making something similar to a California hot mix with pickled 
cauliflower, carrots, onions and the habenaro.  Does anyone have a recipe 
for something along that lines?
