Derek and All: Thanks very much! for you advice on the chile de arbol powder. Jim Campbell does have the powder, and were we to stick w/ the first decision (arbol), I'd definitely buy it from Jim. I've been getting hab mash from Jim - and it is *excellent*. Instead of arbol, we've settled on cayenne (for the moment...).
