I appreciate all the offers of help, but my view is that if I am supposed to be a 'real' business, part of the business plan does not include prevailing upon friends, guests, and what nots to bail me out :-) "Hi Mr. Banker, here's my plan- I'm going to beg (or Begg :-) everyone I know to help me out for free." Great professional plan, huh? ;-) I'll make it legit or not at all. The story of Ralph- when I first started making my sauces, I was doing it out of commercial caterer's kitchen. I occasionally worked late hours ;-) One of the cooks there, a kindly Christian gentleman named, of course, Ralph would see to it before he left that there'd be a plate of cookies, or spaghetti, or whatever it was they cooked that day. I told him that I'd name a sauce after him for his kindness. Simple story, really. Besides, 'Jim's Righteous' just does not trip as easily off the tongue as does Ralph. Thanks again all & back on the list in a week or so. -Jim C Mild to Wild
