I got back from a business trip to find Ol' Jack Frost had nipped at my chiles with a fatal bite. Spent part of this morning salvaging what was worth picking. Interestingly, the chiltepin, Arledge Hot and 3-leaved mutant plants are all OK, but they are the only ones in containers. I would not have expected them to survive while the beds died. Oh well, judging from topics covered in my absence, I got almost as much from my last harvest of the season as Byron got all year. Sorry your luck (and weather) wasn't better, Byron. Scott... KCK
