[CH] NYC jerk restaurant?

Hello all!  This fledgling chilehead has to find a restaurant quickly (like 
by Tuesday?) in probably Manhattan that features hot Caribbean food.  It 
would be a plus if the place would likely pass a health department test 
easily, since the goal is to videotape there Friday for the Food Network hot 
foods show we're doing.  Any ideas?  We have some internet leads but no 
personal recommendations.  It might be best to reply directly to me so I can 
get moving faster on any suggestions.

Also, we hope you PA-NJ-NY chileheads consider coming to Karen Stober's 
hotluck in Warren, NJ this coming Saturday afternoon beginning at 2.  It's 
going to be a good  element for the show, and a chance to tout the internet's 
ability to bring folks together who wouldn't find each other any other way.
