Any one know how long these will store, and the best way to store them? I bought several lots of smoked peppers in San Diego when I visited for a conference in 1996. We used some of them; the remainder went in Kilner jars and were duly packed when we moved. We moved again; I found them; we have now eaten them and they were still great. Perhaps the sealed jar helped as the aroma, when opened, was wonderful..........
