Tom- Slice in half inch discs and dehydrate with low temp ~125 degrees F~ forced air. Crush to reduce volume and seal in freezer baggies in the freezer. Powder and add to everything that benefits from their rich, sweet heat (which is just about everything). Great in coconut/pecan/black walnut brittle.
