I would suggest cayennes, bolivian rainbows, any version of anaheims -
Nu-Mex would be good. I grew cayennes last year and they were terrific.
Very prolific and lots of flavor. Actually, yatsafusa's are also great.
A little more heat than the serranos but very good and soooo prolific.
They grew 3x over the summer - one whole plant full, then I picked most
of the them off the plant and other 3/4 of the plant re-grew. So great.
Those are my suggestions.
