Enjoyable article. I like the notion of killing raw shellfish bacteria with
hot sauce.
Once again, a drink of hard liquor with raw shellfish (beer or wine won't do
it), will prevent shellfish poisoning, too. So, when I'm in a strange
restaurant having shellfish, you can count on me having a vodka collins and
then "cleansing" the shellfish with hot sauce.
