As most of you know I have a few passions in my life growing Chiles and other veggies, and cooking them! During my career I have been fortunate to travel to over 40 countries and I always gather seeds, spices and recipes. I have learned to cook from some of the best cooks in the world in little restaurants tucked away in a side street, from street vendors hawking their delicacies, and as well as from some posh hotel chefs. I often share a recipe or two here and I am now writing a newsletter that features many tried and true ethnic recipes with lotsa heat and spice. I accidentally posted a comment to CH about it and have had several folks ask to know more. I was flattered :-) when Doug and Risa popped in. I know they'll be sharing some great recipes! It's not my list I am just a nut for growing and cooking pods, tomatoes and anything else I can sprinkle Jim's Applewood Habanaros on!!!!! http://www.egroups.com/files/TomatoFanatics/
